Connect electrode pads to the lead wires and snap onto the device ports. Remove protective film from pads and place on the target area — ensuring both pads from the same wire are in contact with skin. Power on and select your preferred mode using the M button. Gradually increase intensity using the +/- buttons. Set your session timer using the T button. Do not use if you have any of the contraindicated medical conditions listed in the specifications
