Remove the protective cap and rinse the electrode with distilled water. Turn on and immerse the electrode in the liquid to be tested — do not exceed the immersion line. Stir gently and wait approximately 30 seconds until the reading stabilises. Read the result on the LCD display. Rinse the electrode with clean water after use and replace the protective cap. Recalibrate using included buffer powder if accuracy is in question

Does it work for both shin and calf?
Yes — the sleeve is designed for full lower leg coverage, targeting both the shin and calf muscle simultaneously.

Can I wear it while training?
Yes, the slip-on compression design is lightweight enough to wear during activity as well as during recovery.

How long should I keep it on?
